We are happy to have you. We pride ourselves on quality products and service. We would like to make you aware of the Terms of Service ("Agreement") that correspond to the use of our website.

When you order from Lori's Lilies you enter into a legally binding contract. The agreement applies to all products and services we provide. Any information collected from you on our website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is stated within this agreement.

This Agreement is subject to applicable Canadian laws. Any cause of action you may have with Lori's Lilies must be commenced within two years after the claim arises. To access our website, you must be 16 years old and agree to the terms of this agreement.

Lori's Lilies website cannot be copied in any way.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By submitting, you authorize Lori's Lilies to reach out to you via call, email, or text for information about your account needs. We will never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• You must agree to the terms of this agreement.
• You can't register for the use of a third party.
• For account security you are provided with a password. If you disclose your user ID or password to another person or entity and allow them to access your account, you are responsible for any transactions related to your account.

You must be 16 years old to purchase products on our website. When purchasing products, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Delivery hours are typically 9 AM to 7 PM local time. 2 PM local time is the cut-off for same-day deliveries. Orders after 2 PM will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed on Sunday will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday.

Delays: We will make every effort to contact you. We cannot guarantee delivery on busy floral holidays (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas). Please place these orders at least four days in advance.

Undeliverable Locations: Including but not limited to cemeteries, cruise ships, airport terminals, post office boxes, and remote/rural locations.

Non-Delivery / Late Delivery: Some conditions are outside our control — road closures, traffic, lack of access, and weather. In the case of non-delivery, you must claim within 48 hours of the order's delivery date.

If there is no response upon delivery, our florist will call the recipient. If no response, the order will be left at the door. If there is a security concern or inclement weather, the order will be returned to the shop and re-delivered the following business day.

• Service fees apply on delivery orders and are stated at checkout.
• Some rural locations may require an additional charge; the customer will be notified.
• Any orders refused by the addressee will not be refunded.

If a floral container or vase is not available, a similar container will be substituted. If some flowers are not available, we will substitute other flowers of equal or greater value. Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value within the same category.

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Same-day or next-day delivery orders may not be cancelled.

Lori's Lilies website is protected by applicable copyright laws and is only for your personal use. The website content cannot be reproduced or copied in any form without express permission.

All customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lori's Lilies and all of its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees from and against any and all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claim arising from your use of our website or services.

By consenting to Lori's Lilies SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Lori's Lilies through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation is completely voluntary. Message and data rates may apply.
